1. Discuss in words something you learned in class today or this week.

I learned about the “ng” and “npm” commands as well as components and how to manipulate them.

2. What is string interpolation in Angular and what is the syntax for it?

String Interpolation uses template expressions in double curly {{ }} braces to display data from the component, the special syntax {{ }}, also known as moustache syntax.

3. Please explain the difference between Angular and AngularJS.

Angular is based on TypeScript while AngularJS is based on JavaScript.

4. Could you explain the concept of templates in Angular?

Templates in AngularJS are simply an HTML file filled or enriched with AngularJS stuff like attributes and directives. A directive is a marker element that is used to target a particular attribute or class to render its behavior as according to the needs.

5. What are directives in Angular?

A directive is a function that executes whenever the Angular compiler finds it in the DOM. Angular directives are used to extend the power of the HTML by giving it new syntax. Each directive has a name — either one from the Angular predefined like ng-repeat , or a custom one which can be called anything.
